Paula O’Neill, CEO: Mrs. O’Neill has over twenty years of involvement in the construction and real estate industries. Paula has held the role of CEO since the inception of the company in 2000. Paula focuses on funding the projects she deems viable and relies on her management team to help her execute the day to day responsibilities and goal efficiently that are set for each project. Paula has surrounded herself with a strong team of professionals with expertise in finance, construction and development which has enabled the organization to work and invest in multiple project.
Terence Carroll, President: Mr. Carroll is a seasoned construction professional with over sixteen years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Including value engineering, estimating and purchasing, multi-project planning and logistics co-ordination for all types of commercial, residential, retail and educational facilities. Mr. Carroll works directly with Clients, Architects, Engineers and Onekey personnel to insure project objectives are met. Terence is a hands-on professional who presents budgets, design alternatives, schedules, etc. to the Owner with details and recommendations. Terence formerly was the Director of Estimating and Purchasing and has the ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications as well as communicate with the design team. Mr. Carroll has strong negotiation and communication skills and focuses on achieving Onekey’s long-term goals of maintaining itself as a company synonymous with quality construction.
Mark Henderson, Project Manager: Mr. Henderson is an experienced construction professional with over 40 years of knowledge in all facets of the construction industry; including construction management, budgeting, and estimating. Having owned and operated his own General Construction Company for 20 years, Mark has an organized management style with attention to detail that creates an environment of excellence and professionalism. Mark has spent the last 12 years in Project Management positions, in an array of different projects. He maintains a reputation for proactive and effective problem solving that minimizes schedule disruptions.
Demetrious Zougras, Project Superintendent: Mr. Zougras is a New York City Licensed Construction Superintendent with over twenty years experience. Demetrious has worked on an assortment of projects throughout the years such as residential buildings, retail stores, and corporate interiors. His overall role is to act as company representative on site by directing and coordinating the activities of various trade groups on a day to day basis.
Teresa Donegan, Contract and Human Resources Administrator: Mrs. Donegan’s overall role is in construction and insurance administration and operations support. Teresa is a direct liaison between the President, the Project Management team and office personnel to ensure all construction operations comply with contract and maintain company procedures. Within the contract administration her duties include client and sub-contractor contracts, purchase orders, change orders and subcontractor and company insurance. Teresa is responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates for all departments.
Patricia Carroll, Controller: Mrs. Carroll plays an integral role in contributing to the company’s success and has a wealth of experience as she has been with the company since its inception. Mrs. Carroll started out in the accounts payable department working with all subcontractor and client payment requisitions. Through her extensive knowledge of the construction industry and the company Patricia has assumed the role of controller, and directs & oversees a very competent & organized accounting department & all of the Organizations financial activities.
